1. The rider needs to be in store to be able to advise on size and type.
2. To avoid problems of possible damage in transit and frustration of liability not being accepted by the courier.
3. To be able to supply the bike FULLY assembled and ready to ride.
4. To be able to offer a full after sales service and in the unlikely event of a warranty claim, be able to act swiftly to get cycle and rider back on the road. Please note:- your warranty is with the supplying dealer ONLY.
5. To avoid the possible cost of returning an unsuitable product.
